Soon after their confirmation of League of Legend’s presence in their Spring championship, Major League Gaming expands their announcement to cover the summer program. League of Legends will now be played in their Arena program from August 3-5, in New York City, and will be part of the Summer Championships just weeks later, at Raleigh, North Carolina, from August 24-26.

MLG’s Starcraft 2 Arena programs are pay-per-view only as of February 2012. It is not yet confirmed whether the League of Legends program in New York City will be the same.
