Long-time eSports fans need no introduction to Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) team KT Rolster, perhaps the most successful organization in Starcraft: Brood War history. One of the richest teams in eSports, KT Rolster has fielded Brood War legends YellOw, Reach, Nal_rA, Nada, and Flash.
This morning, KT Rolster acquired two different League of Legends teams, snatching up players from NaJin Shield and StarTale, the latter of which recently dissolved. Both teams will live and train with KT Rolster’s Starcraft division, integrating them into one of the most effective training regimens ever devised for eSports. They move into the KT Rolster training facilities tomorrow.
The “A” team includes AD carry player Hiro from NaJin Shield, top laner Vitamin from StarTale, and MulrOc from Team Hunters, a squad that competed in The Champions Spring.
For the “B” team, KT Rolster selected three former members of StarTale: Joker, Ryu, and Mafa. By retaining the majority of the old roster, this squad will receive StarTale’s slot in the upcoming Champion’s Winter tournament.
Conspicuously absent from either KT Rolster roster is AD star Locodoco, also formerly of StarTale.
